Establish the Schedule and Budget  

We maintain overall project schedules and permitting timelines, monitor consultant progress, and establish clear milestones across each phase. Through ongoing budget review, cost evaluation, and owner advocacy, we keep scope, schedule, and budget aligned while looking for opportunities to improve project efficiency.

Provide Construction Oversight 

We provide clear reporting and serve as the central point of communication throughout construction, keeping owners, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders aligned as work progresses. We monitor field progress, evaluate changes, review costs, and help resolve issues in real time to protect priorities related to schedule, budget, quality, and overall project success.

Guide Project Closeout

We support the project through final completion, assisting with change management, punch list coordination, closeout documentation, and the release of bonds and securities. Throughout the process, we continue to advocate for the owner’s priorities related to cost, schedule, quality, and a smooth transition from construction to completion.
