Intern Architect – Full Time

 

Though an entry level position, under the direction of the architect / project manager, you will have a diverse role from producing architectural documents, product research, the production of graphics materials and images for clients and presentations, interacting with consultants, along with the review of shop drawings and submittals during the construction administration phase of design. You will have direct communication and collaboration with the team and be a part of the design team and attend in-house project team weekly meetings.

 

 Qualifications:

• One to two years’ experience, on the path to licensure

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, SketchUp, BlueBeam, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office

• Work under minimal supervision and receive instruction and mentoring regarding assignments

• Communication skills with clients and outside consultants.

• Communication with your design team on status of projects, assignment status and to request assistance when necessary

• Development of an understanding of building codes and materials/construction methods

• Position is full-time and working in the office
