Ratcliffe Architects has been involved with the interior renovation and exterior facade renovations of 1301 York Road, once Heaver Properties.  Interior renovations consisting of a redesign and modernization of the lobby spaces and the design for a potential cafe.  The exterior renovations consisted of a facade lift and design of a new front plaza with updated lighting.
