This multi-phased renovated project began with an overhauling of the community swimming pool, restroom and bathing facilities. All fixtures and finishes were replaced in a modernized, handicapped accessible layout. For improved cleanliness, electronic flush valves, soap dispensers and hand dryers were utilized throughout. The second phase of the project provided a much-needed renovation of the existing apartment rental offices, conference and lounge areas, to replace worn and outdated finishes. An expanded fitness center was added with specially designed sports flooring, wall-to-wall mirrors and the latest in web-connected exercise equipment.
